Maddie West
Maddie is a fully qualified Intuitive Frequency and Energy Practitioner. Being connected to Creation, enjoying good food and loving times with family and friends have always been core values for her health and mindset. Learning how to govern over chaos to create beauty and harmony is one of her main strengths.
Kainos Health was born out of her desire to see natural, organic solutions for full restoration of our bodies, back into their original design and function. Maddie is passionate in her pursuit of truth and wholeness in all aspects of Health, and she is dedicated to uniting the greater body of amazing practitioners, medics and therapists to bring about a revolution in transformational health for Every Body.

Joanna Patel
Joanna is an Holistic Health and well-being registered nurse. She has worked within the healthcare industry for 12 years, 6 of those as a practice nurse in multiple clinics around the UK. Joanna became tired of constantly fire fighting people’s health crises through traditional mainstream health systems, which only masked issues and led to further complications. This has led her down the fulfilling path of discovering her own 'inward Dr'. Recognising true health starts with understanding that our bodies were designed to heal themselves; she is now passionate about ‘going back to the basics’ which consists of stress management, basic life style factors like hydration and nutrition. While utilising new amazing technologies in the world of energy and frequency medicine!

Dr. Stephanie Thomas is an Naturopathic and Public Health practitioner with a deep love for people. She is the founder and International Director of Zoe-Life, a group of health and wellness organisations that are passionate about bringing healing to children, youth and communities, both in Africa and in the UK.
Stephanie is partnering with Kainos Health to encourage, support and enable our clients as they grow in the understanding of Frequency and Energy Medicine.
Her natural, gentle, friendly approach is truly beautiful, and belies her deep wealth of specialised knowledge and experience in the field as an holistic and intuitive health practitioner.

As well as having her own incredible independent music career, pioneering heaven to earth- revealed sounds of worship, Jennifer and her beautiful family have recently relocated to Puerto Rico, to plant a sustainable farm, build eco-housing and serve and love on the inhabitants of the country.
She and her husband Ken have founded the Rebirthing Ruach Breathwork Mentorship and they intentionally hold the space for an amazing global community of people, whose lives are being transformed.
Within this huge, framework of creativity, is her passion for restoration and her belief in true Kainos Health. She carries a blueprint for limitless life and joy - the best medicine of all !
